Ingredients -2 ¾ cups dried beans -Water -4 cups chicken broth -1 medium onion, chopped -3 stalks celery, chopped -1 large carrot, chopped -2 TBSP minced garlic -2 TBSP apple cider vinegar -2 tsp. Chili powder -½ tsp. Cayenne pepper -½ tsp. Cumin -½ tsp. Salt -¼ tsp. Liquid Barbecue Smoke -Shredded Cheddar Cheese -Chopped Green Onions -Sour Cream Directions; 1. Rinse and sort beans and put in slow cooker. 2. Add boiling water, enough to cover beans plus two inches. 3. Soak for a few hours. 4. Before bed, rinse beans again, place them back in the crock, and cover with new water. 5. Cook beans on low overnight. 6. In the morning, rinse beans and put them back in the crock. 7. Add 4 cups of chicken broth, veggies, vinegar, spices, and liquid smoke. 8. Puree some of the soup with a hand blender. 9. Make sure you leave plenty of beans intact. 10. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
